Residents in the predominately black Woodlawn community say they are fed up with the loitering, prostitution and drug dealing by illegal migrants at a shelter that was opened in their neighborhood. One man says that if officials don't address the issue "they're going to deal with it from the streets. We're going to take over. Nobody is going to be able to stop us from what we're going to do to them."
