Oklahoma County Sheriff TOMMIE JOHNSON III (36) is calling for Oklahoma County District Judge AMY PALUMBO (??) to resign after he says the judge tried to hold him in contempt and have him arrested for noise in the hallway of the county courthouse on April 17, 2024.
Little information is available about Palumbo, who has been described in the media as "glamorous". She received her Bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska (no year given) and law degree from something called the Oklahoma City University School of Law.
Palumbo was reprimanded by Oklahoma Supreme Court chief justice DUSTIN ROWE (49) for the incident with Sheriff Johnson, but it is unclear what discipline she received.
