The remains of an unknown American serviceman recovered from northern Italy after World War 2  have been identified as the body of 2nd Lt. FRED L. BREWER (23), a Tuskegee Airman, who went missing 79 years ago. Brewer was identified using a combination of detective work and a DNA match with one of his relatives.
