DAYMOND JOHN (54) is seeking a temporary restraining order against former NFL player AL "BUBBA " BAKER (66), his wife, SABRINA, and their daughter, BRITTANI, who are the owners of Bubba Q's Boneless Baby Back Ribs. The family says since they struck a deal with John on Shark Tank, he has cut them out of profits and tried to seize control of their business. John wants the Bakers to stop "making publicly disparaging or defamatory remarks" about him.
