State officials say that BARACK OBAMA's (61) family chef TAFARI CAMPBELL (45) died from an "accidental" drowning. But they have refused to release additional details, like Campbell's autopsy, and advised other law enforcement agencies not to identify the 911 caller or the other paddleboarder, who was the sole witness to the drowning.
