Florida Governor RON DESANTIS (44) will ask the JOE BIDEN (80) administration to declare Broward County a disaster area due to flooding after more than 2 feet of rain fell in some parts during the "1-in-a-1,000-year deluge" that severely damaged about 1,000 homes in the area. If granted, local governments and residents would be eligible for a wide range of loans and other assistance.
