Florida A&M University vice president and director of athletics TIFFANI-DAWN SYKES has rejected a 3-year $1.475 million offer from Orange Blossom Classic executive director KENDRA BULLUCK-MAJOR, which means FAMU's September 3 game versus Jackson State will mark its final participation in the game, at least for the next three years.
