ROBERT LOUIS SINGLETARY (24) faces multiple charges, including four counts of attempted murder, for opening fire on his neighbors after a basketball rolled into his yard. A six-year-old girl was hit in the cheek and her father was shot in the back. Singletary, who is wanted by police, had yelled at the neighborhood kids on several occasions.
