IRVIN WALKER (46) is thankful to be alive after being shot twice in the chest and once in his shoulder during the mass shooting at Allen Premium Outlets that killed eight people. The gunman, MAURICIO GARCIA (33), shot directly Walker's vehicle as he was looking for a parking space. Walker, who is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity, says: "I'm God's people. He covered me."
