Attorneys for MEL TUCKER (51) sent a 25-page letter to Michigan State's athletic director claiming that he is "just the fall guy for the university's negligence and misfeasance." Tucker, who was suspended for having phone sex with a rape survivor, has more than $80 million left on his contract.
