Democrat BRANDON JOHNNSON (47), who has been criticized as the "migrants mayor", wants to move over 1000 illegal aliens out of police stations and into "winterized base camps” that would provide meals, education and recreation. Johnson offered no specifics on cost to taxpayers. Meanwhile, seventy-five percent of the city's homeless are black.
