RYAN PALMETER (21) has been identified by various sources and neighbors as the white suspect who gunned down three black people at a Dollar General store yesterday before killing himself. Palmeter had swastikas drawn on his AR-15-style rifle and the manifestos he left behind show that his rampage was racially motivated.
