Convicted criminal VINCENT SIMON has been evicted from the home belonging to Army Lt. Col. DAHLIA DAURE and arrested. Simon, who falsely claimed he had a lease and paid $19,000 upfront for six months, installed security cameras, put up ‘Beware of Dog’ signs and covered the windows with cardboard. 

Daure had no idea he was there.
