RANDALL BALLARD (19) has been charged with aggravated robbery and possession of a firearm during the commission of a dangerous felony after his shocking daytime robbery of GLORIA EVANS (67) while she was withdrawing cash from an ATM machine. Ballard, who already had multiple open warrants, pointed a handgun at Evans and took $60 in cash before fleeing in a red Hyundai. No one was injured.
