LARRY ROBINSON (69) has resigned as president of Florida A&M University after a series of public embarrassments for the historically black college during his seven-year tenure — including a bogus $237 million donation from a Texas weed farmer the university’s football program and when student athletes being ruled ineligible due the administration failing to file paperwork.
