DEVAUNTE HILL (23) has been convicted in the second-degree murder of CAITLYN KAUFMAN (26), who was killed during a road rage incident when Hill fired shots at her vehicle. JAMES COWAN (30), who was driving the shooter's car, was found not guilty.
