PAUL AUSTIN (47) and TENISHA TATE-AUSTIN (43) were suspicious when a white real estate appraiser valued their four-bedroom home at $998,000, so they asked a white friend to pose as the homeowner, and it was suddenly worth $1.48 million. The couple filed a lawsuit which has now been settled out of court for an undisclosed sum of money.
