KEITH MOSES (19) shot and killed a news journalist who was investigating a crime scene and a 9-year-old child in two separate incidents on Wednesday. Moses, who has a long criminal record, also shot killed an unidentified woman earlier that morning and wounded several others. Source: WESH 2
