


Morehouse College alum AARON SWAIN (61) has been elected to a two-year term as as the new chairman of 100 Black Men of Atlanta. Swain, a partner with the property management firm Columbia Residential, has more than 25 years of experience in market rate and affordable/subsidized multi-family management and operations. He brings a distinctive background of business experience, an outstanding track record of sound business judgment, and a proven ability to make sound decisions to the new position.
Prior to joining Columbia Residential in 2018, Swain was Senior Vice President and Chief Business Development Officer responsible for the oversight of a portfolio of 12,000 apartments in seven states.
