An eleven year-old boy with autism has been arrested for the shooting deaths of former city councilman and interim mayor, JOE CORNELIUS SR. (82), and his daughter KEISHA MILES (31). Neighbors say an argument broke out between Cornelius and the 11-year-old over credit card charges for video games.

Police say they are still in the early stages of their investigation and that the child has shown no remorse so far.
